What is Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy?
Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy combines evidence based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy techniques commonly used by the NHS with evidence based hypnotherapy techniques. It helps identify thoughts behaviours and events comprising an undesirable situation, identify new goals, improved behaviours and thinking and implement these with the aid of hypnosis through hyper-suggestability, pinpoint focus and reducing mental barriers.

Additional relaxation, mindfulness and psychotherapy techniques can be used to supplement the benefits of CBH and provide tools for use in many day to day situations such as positive muscle relaxation, cognitive defusion, cue controlled desensitisation and many more.
